I am using clindamycin phosphate with nicotinamide gel for morning and adapalene and clindamycin phosphate gel for night on daily basis as prescribed my dermatologist for curing acne since 2 months and it is has showed good results. After than I stopped using it and after a month I got fewer acne. So I just want to ask can I use them for long term or not so that my acne will not come back.

No, Treatment depends on the grade. Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne.
