Hi, Can we move the entire upper teeth line downwards with the gums so that there would be more visibility of my teeth with braces? I need treatment with my original teeth other than surgery or crowns.

Yes they can be moved in most cases but I and some cases where there is skeletal deficiency osteotomy or surgery is required.
