Hello Lybrate-User, You can have ginger turmeric tea if you have constipation problem (1 glass warm water add 1-inch grated ginger, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ajwain and 1 spoon chia seeds). Chia seeds help to relieve constipation. If you have acidity you can have fennel water. Thank you.
