I have breast size 38. Its because of overweight I do not have any other problem. Can I reduce my breast size with workout and diet? What kind of workout should I do at gym to reduce my breast size. Thank you.

Hi, Breast is made up of fat tissue, so in order to reduce it, weight loss with focused fat loss is important. Balanced diet with less fat and sugar should be taken along with exercises like push ups, chest fly with dumbbells will help. Also include cardio like running or jogging to reduce overall fat.
