Hello, few days before I was experiencing some itching on my penis area so I applied some itch guard cream to it. It got resolved in few days but after some days I was facing the same irritation so I checked my penis area and found some kind of black infection ttpe on that area were I was feeling the irritation. What would it be. Normal irritation. Also I would like to tell that sometimes due to nightfall my penis stayed covered with sperms all night as I did not feel that I had night fall. Please help me out.

I think you have some fungal infection. For proper diag 1stly I need some more history & pic. And 2ndly do not use itch guard or any over d counter medication from the mdcn shop. It will give you relief for a limited period bt it will exacerbate your ds rather dn curing it. And d problem of night falls may b a different ds. You are feeling irritation on your penis area. Semen remains in contact with your penis, the whole night. Irritation is not due to semen. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Don't apply soap or oil on affected part, just wash with tap water properly. Follow this and give feedback.
