I have recently done my lab test in liver aspartate aminotransferase (sgot)- photometry- 53.2 alanine transaminase (sgpt) - 83.8 is high in cholesterol total cholesterol - photometry - 249 mg/dl ldl- cholesterol - direct - 196 tc/hdl cholesterol - 5.5 ldl / hdl - 4.3 non hdl ratio - 204.4 is high also uric acid is high - 8.48 this test I have done it 3-4 days ago I drink 4-5 times a month I left smoking 4 months ago due to work I stay out of my home and I eat lot of red meat, fast food and food from hotels please kindly help is this harmful and will I will able to cure this or not I want to reduce all this as soon as possible please help me I also did whole abdomen ultrasound and I found fat on my liver kindly help from 7-8 days I am taking becadexamine multivitamin and muscleblaze fish oil omega 3 just because I joined gym and some times my middle part of chest pains if I am sitting in one position please help me.
