Hello, i understand your concern but they are loose because of these deposits which you have not got cleaned. So get a round of cleaning done as advised and may be later some other treatment will be required if teeth does not get stable. Thanks

Hello lybrate-user. Scaling or tooth cleaning is required. Until then the gingivitis will not go. Consult a dentist and take the scaling. Then consult for proper homoeopathic treatment. To make the gums strong. Also start vitamin c and use homoeoapthic toothpaste heclalava.
