I am developing a lump in the wrist, which presently is not paining, but growing in size. Also, the hip has started paining without any background of any injury or fall. My age is 37. Last time there was an infection in lever. What should be done to overcome the lump and hip pain?

The lump in the wrist may be a gangion which may require aspiration. First we have to assess whether the lump is originating from the bone or from the tendon or soft tissue regarding hip pain at your age it could be due to sciatica. You will have to take x ray of the hip and back.
