I am 62 years male with thin under weight body, taking medicine for bp (olmezest 20) & sugar (metsmall 1000) once regularly after breakfast. One well wisher gave a bottle of dabur's vasant kusumakar ras to take daily for overall health. I need your advice on that, can I take those tablets? Will it help in my immunity and overall health? My gp says. No idea! since its ayurvedic tablet, I need some ayurveda doctor's advice. Thanks, milan from new delhi.

Basant kusumakar ras is good still you must go for jogging everyday atleast 5 km before sunrise and herbal products etc.
