I am 24 I don't have proper moustache those are tiny hairs over my moustache area and no other facial hair on my face yet also there are only little hair under my chin if there are any medicines to grow facial hair please suggest or any home remedies or anything to grow beard and moustache.

Growth of beard and moustache is based on genetics and hormones. Having less or absence is not a disease. Almost 30-40 % of males have partial beards. So it is better to leave it alone. And don't take any medicine. If you are very depserate then shave the beard and moustache regularly and frequently to make it thick. Avoid taking any oils or products. As they usually don't help.
