I love playing badminton, but I get pain/ strain above the elbow one finger up (triceps and bruises ).i also take muscle relaxation pills as well as vitamin pills and have started eating a banana for calcium. But still, it is not cured i.e. The pain/strain come back when I play the game. Please guide me on the above issue. I really love this game and don't wanna quit because of this pain.

It's due to tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis, get it treated thr physiotherapy and analgesics and ice packs application thrice daily.
