FIrst diagnose why it is paining. Two commonest causes are as follows 1. If it is decayed tooth, and it is not grossly decayed, go to an endodontist and do rct 2. If pain is due to gingival infection (or periodontal infection), get treated by periodontist if not treatable with above options, you might have to pull out the tooth (extraction)
