I have been prescribed fexofenadine hydrochloride & montelukast tablets for my tonsils and I have been using it for 2 weeks and still told me to continue the medicine. So I just want to know that if its okay to consume them for the allergic reaction happening to my tonsils and also if I consume them for long term will they effect me anyhow?

It is normal prescription to use fexofenadine hydrochloride & montelukast tablets for long time, say months. It will not have bad or side effect effect on your body.

It's not of much adverse effects but it's unlikely to give such tablets for tonsil infection. It will be better if you could give more details on this for a better treatment suggestions.
