There are 4-5 hard spots of skin or some unknown material on my scalp. It happened for the first time to me. If I scratch to remove them then blood comes out but it again gains its form at that point. Kindly provide me a feasible solution for it. I am afraid I will loose my hairs if this problem elongates.
