I have a bilateral infected hydrocele. My right testis size is 98 mm and left is 50 mm. I already consult with urologist and he advised for operation but my relative advice to go to ayurvedic treatment now after undergo ayurvedic treatment my size is little smaller but I have a mild fever from last 10 days. I have also taken zanocin 400 mg for 5 days but still I have mild fever. Please advice what to do.

Please take care of personal hygiene. Take liquids in plenty. Clean the site with dettol twice a day atleast and dry it with tissues. There is no medicine to reduce hydrocele. Please dont get deceived by people who claim to reduce it without a surgery! please get operated at your earliest convenience. Take tab. Oflox oz twice daily after food for 5 days. Tab. Sporlac ds twice daily for 7 days. Tab. Pan top 40 mg before breakfast for 5 days. Tab. Zerodol sp twice daily for 5 days. Tab. Dolo 650 mg half tablet sos for fever!
