I am a 60 years old man 6ft 2 in weighing 122 kgs diabetic for 10 years present HbA1c 8.1 fasting glucose 156 and pp 240 even with glimy 2.0 and Janumet 50/1000 BD.Hypertension 140/90 even with Pinom-40 od.Due to L4-L5 PID I can't walk much as exercice.HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT AND WHAT IS THE TARGET IN HOW MANY DAYS/MONTHS ?
