I am 30 years unmarried girl and before when my periods was starting my both breast was paining n tight too n after gone my periods its come in normal shape but approx from 15 days I get pain in my right breast in right side n when I touched I feel something like lump n its paining too alot I am not able to understand why it is please help me.
