I have been suffering from (allergic rhinitis) for many years. 7 year before doctor recommended me to use aquament nasal spray but this spray does not work at present. Food such as lassi, yogurt, and other factor make me conditions more worse. I usually use citizen tablet which I do not want to use owing to studies, this medicine let me sleep and sluggish. I want some other spray or alternative which do not make me sleepy.
