Hi I have been experiencing pain in chest and around it since november18. I have gone through 4 ecg tests until 22nd feb'19 & 1 stress test. All of these had no problems, everything was normal. One of the doctor even stated, there's no cardiac issues. It's due to hyper acidity he advised to consume pan along with some antacid liquid. However I haven't observed any reduction in the pain though. This pain is sometimes like a pricking or poking kind. Sometimes normal pain. I am unsure what this could be. Pls help.
