I am 28 with regular cycle of leno 28-32 days. Had dnc on nov 28 and now trying to conceive again. As I was keen to conceive soon going suggested for fs. I don't have history of thyroid or pcos or pcod or any other underlying issues. I had normal conception earlier but lost baby due to placental abruption. Now planning to have baby again. Follicular on 12th day of cycle shows minimal free fluid in pod no df on either of ovaries ?suggestive of haemorrhagic cyst of 2 cm on right ovary. So does it mean I have already ovulated? Or I have ovulation issue.

Yes that means you have already ovulated. Try going for follicular study from day 5 or 6 of cycle to know when you ovulate.
