1) I am 19 years old I am having varicocele but. I started using supporter and suryanamaskar daily for 1 week my varicocele is decreased by 78% and I feel no pain and not cloth type inside. Respected sir/madam, what should I do know what to do next please do suggest 2) I have read it decreases sperm count I recently masturbated to see my sperm quality I noticed it is of little bit low quality like saliva before that my sperms were very thick please do help me with both things.
