Is there a permanent cure for dandruff. I have white patches on face and white small lumps on the scalp. Not itchy. Previous visit to doctor said its severe dandruff and not a concern. So he prescribed triben ad. I used to get dandruff every third day and next day after applying oil. Any shampoo and is there a permanent cure and tell me how many times and best schedule wash times, shampooing per week and brushing and oiling.

You can also warm a small bowl of mineral oil and massage it into your scalp to moisturize your skin and reduce dandruff.

First of all stop oiling your hair. There is no one time cure. Consult a dermatologist.
