Hi, If a person takes 4 paracetamol at once when he or she will get died or there will be any side effects?

The recommendee dose of paracetamol is 15 mg/kg body weight. So you can take around 1000 mg or 2 tablets depending on the strength of paracetamol. Above that it has not been found to show extra effects. I recommend that at a time you do not use more than 2 tablets. However if you have fever and symptom doesn't decrease, you can repeat the dose 8 hourly. It's perfectly safe. (as far as you do not take such a dose regularly)
