My pap smear report interpretation is asc-us & my hpv is negative (no hpv ). The report says squamous metaplastic cells are present. Smear reveals mainly intermediate & fewer superficial squamous cells along with moderate neutrophilic infiltrate. Few intermediate & superficial squamous cell service show significant nucleomegaly & granular nuclear chromatin should this be followed up by a colposcopy or not required?ar reveals mainly
