Proper brushing technique with flossing and mouthwash will make plaque free up to 80 percent. Visit your dentist he will teach you better.
Hello, as per your query plaque formation usually occurs every 2 hr after brushing. It us considered helpful for teeth as it prevents friction btw teeth, helps good bacteria to adhere to the teeth preventing the accumutaion of bad bacteria. But if left unremoved for 3 days can lead to calculus formation which can lead to bad smell, gingivitis and ultimately loss of teeth occurs due to subsequent bone loss and gum recession. Brushing twice a day is recommended with proper brushing technique. Scaling/ cleaning of teeth is not harmful as it keeps the gums and teeth healthy.
Hi, there is no natural method to remove plaque you have to visit a dentist to get your scaling and polishing done every 6 months which will remove plaque and calculus accumulation. The notion about teeth becoming loose after scaling by a dentist is absolutely false.
