I am feeling muscular pain behind my thighs. I do not do any special physical activity than walking, which I does daily. I applied pain gels and applied hot compress. But it does not work.

You need to strengthen your leg muscles. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. You should read a book before joining a gym.
