Doctor, i'm 50 years old not married - but wants to marry, staying in bombay. I was suffering with erectile dysfunction (ed) at the age of 40 years and I tried allopathic, homeopathic, ayurvedic medicines. But nothing worked. But in 2017 I came a very good urology doctor and advised for penile prosthesis implant - which the doctor did it successfully. Now I only want my penis to be fattened. Is it possible? It is not possible to increase the natural cells of an organ which gives its size and in this case as it fattens in the morning before urination, as you told, it will surely fatten before sex when the emotions come into mind. Moreover thin or thick the penis you have is good enough to give the feel and satisfaction, of sex and the pleasure is based on the female partner's interest aslo.
