Mera first cesarean 28 May 2014 me and second 06 Feb 2017 me hua h. Isliye mere pet me niche do cut ke nishan bhi h. Mera first cesarean me rest na karne ki vajah se tang me dard hone laga to abhi tk aksar hota h. Is dauran nishan me swelling ho jati h. Uti b ho jata h. Fever rhta h. And bahut bhayanak dard. Ye dard muje tang se lekar pelvis vagina jangh aur hips me aur kamar tk faila h. Dr. ne mujhe ultrasound suggest kar rhe h. Mujhe kya problem ho skti h.

It could be local infection. On the other hand pain in pelvis, hips and private parts may not be related to c section at all. Consult a gynaecologist for the same.
