Hello doctor, my husband is diagnosed with post void residual urine and doctor prescribed him with alfoo 10 mg for 6 weeks on night. The very first time he consumed the tablet he felt very dizzy and in the next day morning when he got up he could?t stand still and he feel down due to it. When I reached out to doctor he said it?s due to power of the tablet and asked him to take half a tablet instead of one overnight 1.i want to know is this tablet really have this much impact on everyone? 2.
