I am a boy of 15 year suffering from pain in rectum while passing stool from one month. There is muscle increase in the rectum like a middle. I showed it to my nearby doctor and he declared it piles and gave me some medicines like- tariflox, pentaloc 40, ranitidine and cipladine to apply. I am taking these medicines from 10 days and there is no benefit. Please tell, will these medicines really work and tell me also operation is necessary or it can be handle with medicines only.
