My wife had a c section 3.5 years ago. She has fat accumulation from her pregnancy in the lower abdomen region. She's been trying hard to loose it through diet and exercise but is unsuccessful. I just want to clarify that is it just fat deposited there which will ultimately go if she continues exercising or could it also be loose hanging abdomen muscles?

Hello, yes, you should do regular pranayam for 30 min and 30 min brisk walk. It will help to reduce weight and take small meals at short interval.
