Good afternoon! I am 23 years 9 months old men, from december I started jogging now I cover 2 km of distance within 8-9 minutes while I have seen my self loosing weight it came down by 3 kgs. Can you guide me how can I increase my weight? Because bmi suggest it must be around 60 kgs.

Hello lybrate-user! you should stop jogging on daily basis. For you normal walking for 20 minutes is enough. You can have protein rich foods in your diet to gain muscle mass. Thank you.
