I am becoming more and more obese and my bmi is 27.4 .my belly fat has been more then ever. Thigh fat is also a lot high. Hip has become more bigger. But my rest of the body is fine. And thin. I eat a lot of chicken and junk food. .can you suggest me how to reduce the fat and an exact diet that I should follow everyday. To reduce it. I live in hostel away from family.
