Hello sir/mam I have been facing this since a long time. Frequent change of mind set. I have been trying to overcome it. But haven't got it. I cannot concentrate on single aspect at a time it is shifting and pausing. I have addiction to smoking sometimes to alcohol as well. Getting angry sometimes dwells in the past as well. Could you please help me through this.

You need to quit smoking and drinking, as they aggravate problems. Try to relax yourself. exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths. Reduce your caffeine intake. Write it down. Chew gum. Spend time with friends and family. Laugh. Massage. Eat a healthy diet.
