I am 25 years old men. My height is 5.5" and my weight is 76 kg. I have a fat belly and stomach. I want to reduce my weight. I have done cardio gym, jogging etc but I did not get satisfied. Can any buddy tell me the proper diet plan for me?
u should avoid fatty and oily, spicy food and fast food. and take more liquid, juices and sprouts. and not to take meal 2 times a day in Large amount. take 5 to 6 times a day in small quantity
