Hi, I got all 4 wisdom teeth out a week ago today with dissolvable stitches covering the extraction sites. A few days ago I did feel something odd sitting on my tongue and when I took it off my tongue. I realized it was a stitch. I noticed today that I have two small holes on both sides of my lower jaw near the extraction sites. I'm still taking antibiotics and have still have some very mild pain/soreness that goes away with some aspirin, completely manageable. Am I okay to not worry about dry socket anymore?

Not to worry, it's ok warm salt water rinse will soothe you.

Hi, there seems nothing to worry about, there is no problem if the stitches have been removed on their own.

If the pain is bearable then need not worry. Just continue with warm saline rinses atles 8-10 times a day.
