My weight is 95 kg and I want to loss around 15 kg but I suffering from joint pain in all body so I can, t do to much exercise earlier I loss 10 kg two to three time by dieting but after some time when I quit diet I gain all the weight again. So suggest me the vegetarian diet and lifestyle for forever.
