I have acne problems ever since I have started with my periods. I am 21 now. It does?t seem to go away. I constantly get back acne, buttock acne, and facial acne. My mother has a history of acne herself. My food habit hasn?t been the best. I have been eating out a lot since past 5 years, and I think I drink less than 2 litres water a day. Real aloe vera plant gel seems to work the most for me. But then, the acne comes back. It gets worse during my periods. My periods are regular though.
