My mother aged 70 yrs, very active, blood pressure is 130/100, got her lipid profile done. Shows total. Cholesterol 243 mg, hdl is 104 mg, ldl is 113 mg, triglycerides is 125. What do you suggest. She is not having any problems right now, she goes for 30-40 mnts walk in evening, does yoga an hour in morning, does all household work, eats healthy.
