My wife have a hypoechoic fibroid of approx size 4251mm in posterior wall right side. Uterus is retroverted and normal in size 90445mm. Rest of the myometrium is normal. Endometrium is within normal limits and thickness is 6.5mm. Ovaries are normal in size and shape. Right ovary measures 3224mm. Left ovary measures 32.21mm. Both ovaries show few physiological follicles. No adenexal mass is seen. No free fluid is seen in cul de sac. No ascites/lymphadenopathy are seen. Impression --intramural uterine fibroid. Itis the USG report. Please advise me.
