lybrate-user you did not write why you tooke it. You should not worried about dose you have taken. However there should be a gape of 4 to 6 hours, and maximum 4 doses in 24 hours of paracetamol 500-650 mg for child aged 14-16 years. In certain conditions dose may need to reduce.
