I m diabetic since last 10 years. My age is 39 years. I m taking allopathic medicine. My bs always flactuate between fs=90 to pp=235. My another problem is that i have ED problem . Doc suggest mr Penile Dopplar. Reports say arterial insufficency. Prescribe me tablet zydalis md (20 mg). But it not effective. Kindily suggest me what to do ?
