My heart is fully attach with the movement of body with movement of body my heart get sorrow every time. For this I pass day with sorrowfully. How I manage myself towards this problem. Give some advise.
meditation can be helpful. there are 122 types of meditation but vippasana type of meditation is recommended for you. you can start with anapana meditation at home. search on youtube for anapana meditation by s n goenka.
