This is regarding my male pattern baldness and please advise what I am thinking is right or wrong. "dht is one of the main reasons for baldness. 5-alpha reductase is the enzyme which converts testosterone into dht. Using finasteride to inhibit 5-alpha reductase may cause side effects. Therefore I was looking for natural 5-alpha reductase inhibitors and found beta sitosterol. Can I use beta sitosterol capsules to treat baldness, will it cause ed and/or gynecomastia?

It will suppress it for the time being and does not have any effect that you would be hoping for. Better take homoeopathic treatment which is natural. And no side effects.
