Hello doctor. I am 32, f and my home pregnancy test kit result were positive. Further ultrasound (tvs) showed no embryo in uterus. Though there is a cyst alike body of 3x3 mm dia observed at around fallopian tube. It is suspected to be ectopic pregnancy. How do I proceed with it. Is medication treatment enough for it or surgery would be necessary?
