Dear Dr.Shafiuddin, I am 35 year old single guy, me bisexual person I had sexual contacts with my friends. I used to take anal. Now I had some extra skin grouth on n inside of my anal hole. Its similar like wartswarts from last 1 year. I did HIV test so its normal. I want to remove those extra grown skins. I may feel I had STI . Kindly guide me. Pls pls don't mind.

Most likely you are having warts. It's very good that you have tested for HIV and it has come negative. Just get it checked and if it's wart, we can try medicine first. If still it persists, we have to go for surgical removal. But don't worry. It's treatable.
