How effective is derma roller if applied with tea tree oil and coconut oil as base on the epidermis and then rolled gently in the removal of post operative skin grafting scar on the recipient site as I have just recovered from cellulitis on my right foot. Now the area looks very uneven, at places black patches and very awkward to go to public places with such a big scar. I am using pressure garment along with gellonet but the scar is very much visible. So as I mentioned will derma roller help and please let me also know of other cosmetic treatments apart from dermabrasion and laser surgery.
