My problem is losing hair when following any diet plan. I'm suffering from acne since I was teenager. So I tried to follow acne no more system and I had clear skin but I was losing my hair. And when I saw videos on ketosis, I get inspired to try, I reduce the amount of carbs and replace it with proteins. Generally, I ate 3 types of fruits at 8: 40,and I took my breakfast at 12: 00 when I have 2 cooked eggs with one whole wheat bread. I took my lunch at 2: 00 pm bowel of rice and proteins like chicken, fish, or meat, then I have almond milk with some dates for snacks at 5: 20 pm. Finally for the dinner I have a bowel of chicken soup with some green salad. With this diet I become underweight and noticed hair fall. Please tell me what I'm supposed to do to fix my skin and my hair.
