Hi, from last 5-6 years as I go out in sunlight, do some labour work (due to sweating), come in contact with dust or any other hot thing my whole body starts itching. Then I have to use some cold things to stop it like cold water or cool hands of any other person or I rub myself to floor, then it is controlled. Sometimes if itching is severe and there are minute dot dot type rashes on my hands. I have a picture also of these rashes. So, what should I do now? One main thing is that it starts in late december and lasts till march-april means winter season only. I got a check up from doctor last year. In the reports my Immunoglobulins E (IgE) was found 1745. 3IU/ml.
