When I workout in gym I got pain on my back head .and also some mental torture like irritation. I have also migraine headache. Dotr advise me to stop ghm activity. So k stopped passed 4 yrs. But now I fl lazy. I want to do workout .but if I start again I got same problem. please give solution to continue my gym. Is there any treatment available?
